Kelly and her husband, Gary, were wonderful to work with in finding a home in the Springs. Kelly quickly honed in on my must-haves in a home and took time to search online herself, on top of setting up a tailored search for me. They took me together to homes I wanted to see and helped me get to know the different neighborhoods around town. For each home they'd go over the pros and cons in an open and honest appraisal. Gary's background in facilities management was quite helpful in evaluating homes on a deeper structural level. Kelly is a prompt communicator and they set aside time right away to help me look. I didn't end up buying in the Springs for personal health reasons, but I feel anyone looking there would be in the best of hands with Kelly and Gary. They're both professional and fun to work with. Highly recommend them.
